Ryan Yamada

Ryan grew up in a restaurant family. The lessons of hard work and attention to detail required to maintain and manage a restaurant were imprinted on him from an early age. Ryan has worked and managed bars for over a decade. After moving from New Orleans, Louisiana to Nashville, Tennessee Ryan spent the Summer and Fall of 2015 winning local and regional bar competitions. He was offered the position of Beverage Director at Sinema Restaurant + Bar in November of 2015. In 2016 Ryan was named a finalist for Nashville’s TOAST of the Town Best Bartender and he can currently be found making drinks at Marsh House in the Thompson Nashville Hotel in the Gulch. Raise The Bar Efficiency Management & Consulting is an extension of Ryan’s creative and fiscal expertise.
